Juventus v Tottenham
Tottenham Hotspur face possibly their toughest Champions League match of this campaign on Tuesday evening as they kick-off their last 16 tie against Juventus in Turin.
The Old Lady are one of Europe’s most famous clubs and their recent monopoly on Italian football shows the caliber of their side. They’ve not quite been themselves this season, though and currently sit in second place in Serie A. This may give Mauricio Pochettino’s side a confidence boost.
Spurs had the perfect preparations for this game, a 1-0 win in the North London derby against Arsenal. It was a tight game but, as he so often does, Harry Kane got the winner. Spurs will be hoping he can do the same in Turin.

FC Basel v Manchester City
Poor old Basel. The Swiss side drew arguably the best side in Europe for their round of 16 tie, as they welcome Pep Guardiola and Manchester City to Switzerland.
Basel would’ve surprised many to have got this far, but they are here on merit. A 1-0 win against Manchester United in their group shows that they are no pushovers, as does finishing above CSKA Moscow and Benfica.
Manchester City, though, have been sublime this season and further showed that on the weekend with the 5-1 defeat of Leicester City.
This should be another straightforward tie for the Citizens, but Pep Guardiola will be as focused as ever to ensure his side charge forward to their ultimate goal of winning the Champions League.
