Tottenham v Arsenal Asian Handicap Preview – Saturday 10th February

Tottenham v Arsenal – Wembley Stadium at 12:30

North London bragging rights are up for grabs on Saturday as Tottenham welcome Arsenal to Wembley.

Arsenal have started firing

Much has been made of the decline of Arsenal in recent years, but could the signings of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan have given Arsenal the firepower needed to put themselves above Spurs once again?

Arsene Wenger will be hoping so and the signs were good as both former Dortmund stars were scintillating against Everton last weekend as the Gunners ran out 5-1 winners.

Spurs have the bragging rights

Spurs for so long have had to look up to Arsenal as the Gunners dominated North London football, but in recent years there has been a shift. That has largely been down to the managers, with Spurs appointing the modern, ambitious and innovative Mauricio Pochettino, whilst Arsenal has stuck with Arsene Wenger who has perhaps fallen behind the times.

Arsenal has won the past two, but Spurs currently sit four points above Arsenal in the league and have finished above them in both of the past two seasons.

Can Kane continue scoring?

Harry Kane is just unstoppable at the moment. Even against Liverpool, when he was quiet for most of the game, he found the composure to net his 100th Premier League goal after missing his first spot-kick.

The former Arsenal trainee will be hoping to keep up his scoring record to prove Arsenal made a mistake in letting him go and to push further ahead of Mo Salah in the top scorer race.
