Juventus sealed a 1-0 success over Inter Milan last Friday night to cement their eight-point advantage at the top of Serie A, and move 14 points clear over the third-placed Nerazzurri. It was not the champions’ most compelling performance with Cristiano Ronaldo largely neutralised, but the Old Lady found a way.
The Bianconeri have now returned 14 wins from 15 unbeaten league fixtures this term and are enjoying the best-ever start to a Serie A season.
