Superliga Asian Handicap Betting Preview – Sun/Mon 27th/28th September by @ChrisOgle2

Nordsjaelland vs Aaarhus & Hobro vs Esbjerg

Week 10 in Denmark features Sunday afternoon and Monday night fixtures, first up Nordsjaelland host Aaarhus.

As most football punters will have experience of, the game often throws up results that have you scratching your head.

Nordsjaelland, now 7th of 12 in the

Danish league had a wretched start to 2015 and looked poor in most games. After stopping the rot with a single goal win at Viborg, they made the trip to title challengers Midtjylland and pulled off a shock 1-0 win. Well a shock to me at least but not necessarily to everyone.

Equally as notable as the result was the avalanche of money for Nordsjaelland during the week. Backed in from 6.5 earlier in the week to 4.5 by kick off, the gamble was landed in style with a great defensive effort holding off the late Midjtylland surge.

Nordsjaelland can attribute most of their success to Brazillian wonder kid Buninho who has hit scintillating form since his switch from the 2nd Division.

With their sharp turnaround in fortunes it could pay to stay onside of the Wild Tigers as line makers adjust to their much improved form, especially this week facing a very modest looking Aarhus.

Aarhus have been poor so far his season and a loss to relegation favourites Hobro was compounded with a home loss to Sonderjyske. Now winless in six, this is the perfect opportunity for Nordsjaelland to go three straight and get their season back on track. At odds of around 2.45, this looks very solid value.

On Monday night, the two teams propping up the table, Hobro and Esbjerg, square off for a classic six pointer even at this early stage of the season.

Hobro have struggled to recreate last seasons solid performances which saw them finish 7th in the Superliga, however there are glimmers of hope. As mentioned in the earlier preview, Hobro bagged a much needed win against Aarhus before defending well before going down 1-0 to the mighty Copenhaagen with a heartbreaking 84th minute crossbar rattling thunderbolt.

Esbjerg have been in and out this season and can’t be relied upon to beat any team away from home, especially around the even money mark. Their only win on the road this season was against Nordsjaelland in the middle of their slump.

It’s worth sticking with Hobro getting a 0.5 goal head start at 1.91 to get something from the game.

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Norsjaelland -0.5 at 2.45

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Hobro +0.5 at 1.91
