Groups F & H – Tuesday 25th November

APOEL Nicosia v Barcelona – 19:45

Apoel come into this match having conceded only 4 goals in their opening 4 group matches and although they have lost 3 and drawn one, they have not embarrassed themselves. The Cypriots lost 1-0 at the Nou Camp in a resolute display and will keep it tight here again today. Barcelona have not set the group alight but secured qualification last week beating Ajax 2-0. Top spot is still up for grabs so Barca will still be up for this one. APOEL +1.5 @ 2.17 is where the value lies here.

PSG v Ajax – 19:45

PSG go into week 5 of the Champions League sitting top of the table one point ahead of Barcelona and will be looking for 3 points tonight to strengthen their chances of finishing top. The French side have won their last 5 home UCL games and have only lost twice in their last 22 only failing to score once. Ajax have not won in their last 9 away UCL matches but have scored in 5 of the last 7 of those. With Zlatan back, PSG -1.5 @ 2.08 is where my money is going.

BATE Borisov v FC Porto – 17:00

Porto secured qualification with back to back wins over Bilbao but with Shakhtar only 2 points behind, a win here will keep the pressure on the Ukranians. BATE, although sitting third in this group have had a torrid time in their opening 4 games losing 3, winning one with and aggregate score line of 19-2. Porto won 6-0 at home and I think it will be another comfortable win tonight. The advised trade is Porto -1.0 @ 2.00.

Shakhtar Donetsk v Ath Bilbao – 19:45

Bilabo’s form has been awful managing just one point from a possible 12, leaving them only with a chance of Europa League qualification. Shakhtar have scored 14 goals this campaign which makes them the highest scorers in the Champions League this season. Although only drawing 0-0 in Bilbao, Shakhtar should win this comfortably. Shakhtar Donetsk -0.75 @ 1.88 should be profitable.
