Superliga Asian Handicap Betting Preview – Fri 19th and Mon 22nd August – by @dkbet_tipstrr

We did not get the results we were looking for with our two Asian Handicap Betting previews last week. The prices found at Eastbridge Sports Betting Brokerage were the top of the market and in time we will no doubt see a profit growing steadily. This weekend we travel East and West to find the best value from Danish Superliga.

FC Nordsjælland v Randers FC – FRIDAY 19TH at 17:00

It was a very turbulent start to the season for Randers FC with new a coach and many new players in the squad. As time has passed the team can now look back at three consecutive wins (Viborg 1-0, Horsens 1-0 and AGF 2-1) and 4th place in the standings.

The attacking quality is really strong and even with injured players; Alexander Fischer, Joel Allansson, Nicolai Poulsen and Mayron George, Randers should be able to play very aggressively and try to take advantage of the mistakes made by a very young FC Nordsjælland team.

FC Nordsjælland will be without attacking midfielder Joshua John, as he has been sold to Bursaspor at the beginning of the week. But the home team has been fast in the transfer market and bought Ernest Asante from Stabæk. The offensive player from Ghana is in the squad for the match against Randers FC and could get his debut tonight. With his incredible speed he could be the key to open a strong Randers defense.

In defense Andreas Maxsø and Pascal Gregor are back in the squad after having participated in the Olympics. The Danish team lost in the Quarter Final against Nigeria 0-2. Andreas Maxsø will be a big plus to have back in the central defense.

It is still very early days this season and with only five matches played it is difficult to use much of the statistics at this point, but there are some very interesting figures to mention.

FC Nordsjælland has by far the youngest team in the league with and average age of only 21.4 in the first five matches. The players are very fit and fast, but they make many mistakes as well. This has given them a lot of problems in defense, but also many counter attacks when winning the ball in midfield. With only 12.8 headers won in average the home team has a lot of problems on standard situation. Compared to Randers with 34.4 there is a huge gap. With the return of Andreas Maxsø these stats will change but it is still a significant difference.

With the current playing style of FC Nordsjælland I expect to see many chances at both ends and with a price of even money on at least three goals, there is a great value on the bet. All 5 matches from FC Nordsjælland have had at least three goals and 2 for Randers.

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Over 2.5 goals at 2.00

Esbjerg v Odense – MONDAY 22nd at 19:00

The start of the season has been awful for Esbjerg as the coach has been changed and two of the key players were at the Olympics. With just one point from 5 matches there is no doubt an urge for getting the first win of the season. Keeper Jeppe Højbjerg is back and will be a key player for the defense which has been a big Achilles for the team. Casper Nielsen has returned from the Olympics as well and should feature in the starting lineup.

In Odense they can put undefeated on their club CV after 4 drawn matches and 1 winner. Despite the 7 points coach Kent Nielsen has not been satisfied with all aspects of their play. Too many mistakes and lost balls in midfield and communication problems in defense have been the most discussed issues.

Esbjerg will be eager to show the capacity of the team and as time goes by Colin Todd will get more structure in the team and I feel there is good value on Esbjerg Asian Handicap Betting +0.25 at even money.

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Esbjerg +0.25 at 2.00
