International Friendlies Asian Handicap Previews – 16th November Friday

Brazil made a quarter-final exit this year but this does not prove any vulnerability for them. Brazil is pretty much the same challenge for its rivals. Tite had a took over for the start of the 2016-17 season, and since then Brazil have an 80% win ratio, but they still have a lot of work to do as they have been defeated by both Russia and Belgium in the last season.

Same old Brazil still keeps the records clean so far. Starting the year real nice, one could recall how they beat Mexico in the Round of 6 in the FIFA World Cup with a 2-0 tally back in February. They initially got beaten by Belgium 1-2 close in the Cup, causing their exit. They smoothly recovered by winning four matches in a row. After their match with the Belgians, they won an International Friendly match against United States with a 2-0 tally. Just four days later, they humiliated El Salvador in another friendly by netting 5 goals throughout the game and preventing the rival team from scoring any. In the following month, they beat Saudi Arabia with 2-0 tally, then Argentina 1-0 a few days after.

Uruguay will be facing Brazil on Saturday, and one can be quite certain about what the outcome will be. Although Uruguay is in a relatively good pace, the Brazilians are not just some any other teams that they could just beat whenever they want to. To be fair, Uruguay started the year real great when they defeated and humiliated the Russians by netting 3 goals, with the latter leaving no scores at all in their FIFA World Cup match. They made another win early this year when they brought victory over fellow European country with a 2-1 tally. They made an exit from the cup when France beat them 0-2.

Initially, Uruguay had defeated Mexico with a 4-1 tally in their friendly match back in September. Eventually, they lost to South Korea 1-2 in another friendly, and was defeated once again to Japan, 3-4.

With Brazil’s performance in great pace and Uruguay in a slight decline, one can see clearly the Brazilian edge over the fellow Latin American country.

Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Over 2.50 goals at 1.950

Lionel Scaloni continues to be Argentina’s manager and hopes his team could solidify and improve. The world will witness Argentina as they have their face to face against Mexico in a friendly match on Saturday.

Messi could have been Argentina’s top weapon, but everyone expects him to be out of the international action for the meantime after the team’s humiliating loss to Chile in the 2016 Copa America final. Messi quit the national team after that, but showed interest to play again later on. Unfortunately, Scaloni himself is still not ready to accept the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

Argentina’s last 6 matches is a series of up and downs. They made an easy win against Nigeria 2-1 back in June during the FIFA World Cup Group D, but lost to France 3-4 by Round of 16, causing their exit. They beat Guatemala with a 3-0 tally in their September International friendly match, but made an awful 0-0 draw with Colombia in another fixture. They could have a continuous recovery from their 4-0 victory against Iraq, but they lost to Brazil almost immediately.

Mexico, on the other side of the field, is so far so bad. In their last six matches, they only have one win. They went goalless in their 0-3 loss against Sweden in a FIFA World CUP Group F match. They remain goalless in their 0-2 defeat against Brazil during the Round of 16. They lost again, this time, with one goal to Uruguay in a friendly. United States also beat them 0-1 in another scrimmage. They finally made a win 3-2 close over Costa Rica. That victory could have been opportunity to boost confidence, but they lost again in a friendly to Chile last October.

Despite missing Messi for this match, Argentina remains a relatively powerful team today. Facing Argentina, Mexico will surely have another tough match on Saturday.

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Argentina -0.75 at 2.081

Australia had failed to make a fair impression in the World Cup this summer after obtaining two losses and one draw, despite their nice 4-0 win against Kuwait. While the Socceroos are no easy rival, so are the South Koreans who were now making a name for themselves in the international football scene.

By the end of the year’s first quarter, Australia scored a 4-0 win against Czech Republic in an International friendly, followed by a 2-1 win over Hungary in another match. They lost, however, to France in the World Cup Group C with a 1-2 tally, and made a goalless draw with Denmark in the same cup division. They exited the World Cup after their 0-2 defeat against Peru, but blasted off when they beat Kuwait in a friendly match netting 4-0.

Kuwait made a mistake when they made a couple of changes at the break, while the Socceroos kept a consistent form until the sixty-fifth minute.

The South Koreans, meanwhile, is keeping a nice record so far. Although they lost to Mexico by the end of the year’s first quarter, it is good that they are learning from mistakes and now remain defeatless in their last five matches. One could remember how they beat Germany in the World Cup by betting 2 goals and preventing the rivals to make any score. They made another win when they scored the only 2 goals in a friendly match against Costa Rica. They have maintained their unbeaten status in a 0-0 draw with Chile, but made a 2-1 victory against Uruguay to topple this. The tables are still clean with their 2-2 draw with World Cup debutante Panama.

South Korea, however, is missing their key player Son Heung-min, the Tottenham forward, whose twenty-three-goal record would have make the match a hard time for the Socceroos.

Australia and South Korea are both good in their current paces, which leaves one quite unsure about the upcoming results for their match on Saturday.

Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Australia -0.75 at 2.310
