Anfield – Saturday 29th November at 15:00
Liverpool continue to stumble from one bad result to the next, as the post Suarez era proves to be even more challenging than most pessimistic of fans could have dreamed.
Brendan Rodgers spent heavily in the summer to compensate for the loss of his star striker but with Daniel Sturridge also missing most the action through injury, there’s been nowhere to hide for the Reds this season.
Stoke are having a strange season with a real Jekyll and Hyde feel to their campaign so far, they’ve not managed to record the same result (win, draw or loss) in back to back games yet, which makes it extremely difficult to profit from their matches regardless of wanting to back them or take them on.
They haven’t had much success at Anfield having D3 and L3 of the last 6, but only 1 of those games had more than 2.5 goals so they’ve at least been able to keep it quite tight against their famous rivals.
The Reds are on a 3 game losing streak in the Premier League at the moment but with Rickie Lambert finally getting and taking, his chance to impress in front of goal they will be desperate to get back to winning ways at Anfield on Saturday.
The advised trade is to back Liverpool -0.75 at 1.96.
