Bayern Munich v Sevilla
Bayern Munich head into Wednesday’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against Sevilla as German Bundesliga champions. Their 4-1 win against Augsburg on Saturday sealed the title for Jupp Heynckes’ side.
It could be a great week for the giants of Bavaria come Wednesday night, with a Bundesliga title and Champions League semi-final place secured. It certainly looks as though it’s heading that way, with a 2-1 away win against Sevilla in the first leg.
For Sevilla, they have it all to do. Conceding two away goals is a blow, meaning they’ll have to win by two to have any chance of progressing.
Vincenzo Montella will have faith in his side, though, who has shown on a number of occasions that they are capable of beating sides better than them.
Bayern is tough to beat at home, though, and I fully expect them to see off Montella’s side in Wednesday’s second leg.

Real Madrid v Juventus
Heading to Turin and securing a 3-0 win would’ve been the last thing Zinedine Zidane would’ve expected. As a former Juventus player himself, the Real Madrid manager will know how tough it is to play away at Juventus.
Traditionally, the Old Lady are disciplined and in-control at home, but in the first leg, they were picked apart by a Cristiano Ronaldo-inspired Real Madrid.
The Italian champions will be hoping to give a much better showing of themselves at the Santiago Bernabeu, but even Massimiliano Allegri will admit that scoring at least three goals away to Madrid is a big ask.
Juventus did have the benefit of an easier game at the weekend – a 4-2 win against struggling Benevento – which allowed them to rest a handful of key players. Zidane, on the other hand, had a Madrid derby to deal with and had to field a strong line-up.
I think Juventus may spring a surprise at the Bernabeu, but not enough to progress to the semi-finals.
