In their Serie A campaign, they are consistently unbeaten in all of their matches in the current season. Their last game in the Italian top-tier went into a 3-0 win over Frosinone and a 0-3 against Sassuolo prior to that. They also shared a 3-3 draw with Parma earlier this month.

The strength of the hosts are currently channelled at their home games, being victors in all three of their home games in the group stages. Atletico are also hot when they beat Dortmund 2-0 earlier in the league season. The Old Lady, however, had already lost twice in the Group H to Young Boys as well as to the Red Devils.
