Falkenbergs v Hacken

Falkenbergs play in the form side Hacken at home on Saturday, they come into the game in decent form themselves being unlucky in defeat last time at Ostersunds. Falkenbergs missed a penalty in the 25th minute which would have given them the lead, the game might have gone a little differently had that happened. Hacken as I said earlier are an inform side drawing 1-1 with Malmo and beating Helsingborg last time 2-1 in an exciting game.

Like last week I would like to reiterate its only game week 3 and we have to work with what we have for the moment until the season progresses and we can rely more on data-based picks.

Falkenbergs averaged 1.88 goals per 90 mins in the last calendar year with an average of 1.5 goals per 90 mins this season in the Allsvenskan. Hacken on the other hand have a slightly better goal performance averaging 2.08 goals per 90 mins in the last calendar year with a mighty 2.75 goals per 90 average this season in both the Allsvenskan & Svenska Cupen combined.

The goal line is this game is set at 2.75 and it’s indicating some goals. Looking at the fixture I can see Hacken winning this but Falkenberg’s could potentially score so I can see the 2.50-line landing. The 2.5 goal line is currently at 1.73 indicating a 57.80% chance of landing. Id be more comfortable taking the 2.5 line rather than the 2.75 purely in case this ends with 3 goals, I’d rather take a full profit than a half win half push for odds of 1.97.

Hacken come into the game as firm favourites priced at 1.62 with newly promoted Falkenbergs priced at 5.69, the draw price is around 4.2. Market is indicating they expect a comfortable away win for Hacken and with a goal line of 2.75 suggests goals.

Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Over 2.50 goals at 1.730

Helsingborgs v Hammarby

Helsingborgs play Hammarby in their next home game and it’s a game I’m leaning towards goals in. Helsingborgs were involved in a 3-goal game last time vs Hacken getting beat 2-1 away. Helsingborg showing, they can both score and concede. Hammarby come into this game being involved in two 1-1 all draws v Kalmar & Elfsborg, again promoting the fact they can both score and concede which leads me into thinking this could be a thriller.

Like last week I would like to reiterate its only game week 3 and we have to work with what we have for the moment until the season progresses and we can rely more on data-based picks.

Helsingborg averaged 1.88 goals per 90 mins in the last calendar year and averaged 2 goals per 90 mins so far this season in the Allsvenskan. Helsinborgs were on fire during the preseason scoring 18 goals in 9 games averaging 2 goals per game. Hammarby averaged 1.81 goals per 90 mins in the last calendar year & have averaged 1.5 goals per 90 mins this season in Allsvenskan & Svenska Cupen.

Now the goal line is set at 2.5 and I’m inclined to think that’s about right, there has been balls hitting the net and come Monday I’m expecting some more. The price for over 2.5 goal is at 1.82 currently indicating a 54.94% chance of it landing. I’m feeling quite confident we can land that line and get some more profit following on from last weekend.

Helsingborg come into the game priced at 2.73 and Hammarby are priced at 2.68 meaning the away side are slight favourite’s, the draw is priced around 3.55. When we take a look at all markets, we have to think it seems the books are expecting a close game but one with potentially a few goals.

Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Over 2.50 goals at 1.820

Djurgarden v Goteborg

Djurgarden come up against a team who will be confident following their 3-0 win over Elfsborg in their recent fixture however Djurgarden are also playing with some confidence following a 2-2 draw in their first game and winning away 3-0 to Orebro last time out.

Djurgarden are side who predominately play a 4-3-3 formation using the width to create problems, in all but one of their goals this season which was a corner. The wide players have assisted or scored goals. Goteborg have played a 4-2-3-1 formation this season looking to sit in and compress midfield, allowing the other team to have possession and look to counter. Now with both team’s setup to effectively counter each other I think this will be an end to end game giving plenty chances for goals.

Djurgarden have averaged 2.14 goals per 90 mins so far in 2019 and with Goteborg averaging 2.25 goals per 90 mins in 2019 I think we could have a goal fest on our hands, the market odds seem to reflect my thinking.

The goal line is set at 2.75 and its evident why but I like the over 2.5 goals angle here priced at 1.82 indicating a 54.94% chance of this occurring. That’s a good price with VODDS, other books have them as low as 1.70 for over 2.5 goals, Value I will take.

The 1X2 market has Djurgarden firm favourites priced at 1.63 with the away side 5.65 and the draw is around 4.18. If you were looking to bet on a team to win outright, I think Djurgarden would be your bet but we don’t need to worry about that all we need is goals!

Asian Total Goals Betting Recommendation: Over 2.50 goals at 1.820
