So far, so good. The midweek round became a success for me with profit on all the bets. Next round is a harder and I find it tricky to know where I have some of the teams here. Anyway, I have three Asian Handicap betting recommendations.
MALMÖ v HÄCKEN
This could be a nice game to watch. Both teams have big potential but none of them have been able to show it all so far. Injuries, bad fields and some defensive troubles have been a problem for both Malmö and Häcken.
Malmö put in a solid performance against IFK Göteborg and the game was just about to finish 0-0 when an incident from the supporters interrupted the game. Still some injury concerns in the squad.
Häcken will arrive with great confidence here after their 6-1-win against Gefle in the last round. Finally the offensive game plan paid off. Key central midfielder Abubakari is back from suspension.
Häcken love to play against Malmö and usually manage to at least take a point here. Now, with all the injuries, I think that trend will be broken. Malmö surely will be motivated and their defence now looks strong.
Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Malmö -1 at 2.05
GEFLE v IFK GÖTEBORG
Gefle have started the season pretty well, but last round they run into a wall. 1-6-loss against Häcken is a massive defeat to a team that normally has their strengths in the defence. IFK Göteborg have been solid so far.
Gefle may change things defensively for this game since their heavy defeat last round. Goalkeeper Andersson is injured but their replacement is pretty good.
After conceding seven goals in three games, IFK Göteborg focused on the defense against Malmö and it looked good. In this game, IFK will go for the win, but I don’t think they will take any risks.
These are two hard working teams that still needs to focus on the defense. Sure, both of them have some players that can score, but I don’t think they will get much space here.
Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: Under 2.5 at 2.10
IFK NORRKÖPING v HELSINGBORG
Helsingborg were up for discussion after the 1-5-loss against Hammarby away. Coach Henrik Larsson said that maybe he wasn’t the right manager for the team. After that loss, Helsingborg now have three wins a row. IFK Norrköping took another three points after a win against Hammarby last round.
IFK Norrköping got their key keeper Mitov-Nilsson injuried but the young rookie Vaikla was solid last game. Still some doubts about Bärkroth and Kujovic, but the team have been good without them.
Helsingborg didn’t put in a perfect performance against AIK in the last round, but thanks to the big talent Jordan Larsson they got away with another win. Still some defensive question marks with another injury.
AIK could, and should, have scored more against the weak defense in Helsingborg. IFK Norrköping will create chances here and the strikers are in good shape. Also, Helsingborg hates the artificial turf.
Asian Handicap Betting Recommendation: IFK Norrköping -0.75 at 1.82
